terms and conditions outlined below. You also affirm that you have provided us with the accurate and
complete information required to create your account, as well as all paperwork, pictures, and
information necessary for us to meet our regulatory requirements.
Also, please be aware that we have the right to cancel your agreement with us if we believe
you have broken any of these conditions.
a. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may
not:
i. modify or copy materials from the website;
ii. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non
commercial), without our written permission.
iii. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Abell Money's websites
iv. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;

b. This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions
and may be terminated by Abell Money at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these

warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including,
without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
b. Abell Money does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely
results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such
materials or on any sites linked to this site.
c. Abell Money uses its best endeavours at all times to render accurate data/reports to you
our customer.
a. In no event shall Abell Money or its suppliers be liable for any damages(including, without
limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the
use or inability to use the materials on Abell Money's website, even if the likelihood of such
damage has been communicated to Abell Money in writing.
b. If our service is interrupted at any time, and causes you losses, please contact us
directly through your normal customer service contact, and we will investigate promptly.

Abell Money makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on its website. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts to adjudicate on any dispute.
The legislation governing how firms handle personal data for individuals within the EU changed on
May 25, 2018. Unfortunately, it's all really difficult to comprehend, nonetheless, we're doing our
best to support you. We want to reassure our customers that Abell Money takes the protection of
their personal information very seriously. We only keep information for our clients on a valid and
contractual basis as a professional institution. Customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and email
addresses are included in this data.
We may also keep information about our clients' needs in connection with bespoke work that
we have been asked to do for you, or will be asked to do. Pertinent information or special offers
that we believe will be of interest to our clients are provided by email on a regular basis.
Customer information will be kept for as long as you operate your account with us and for 6

and regulatory requirements.
Abell Money does not share or exchange data and information with third parties who are not directly

notify us of any changes to their contact information within 14 days of any changes, so that we can
keep our records up-to-date.
If you open an account with Abell Money, we will send you emails with information concerning your
relationship with us, and also updates for additional service you may be interested in, however, you
may opt out at any time, and we will delete your data from our systems except for what we are
required to maintain by law. You can opt-out by sending an email to compliance@abcbanking.co.uk
explaining your request to be removed from the list.
Any emails sent to you will be sent using secure servers. If you do not wish any emails to be
sent you please notify us.
We will never use no-reply email systems for any purpose.
Our clients have the right to seek access to any information we have about them, as well as to have
such information updated or corrected. All requests must be sent in writing or by email to compliance@abellmoney.co.uk
